. A quality recognized by a 3 stars classification As you probably know, all tourist accommodation can be classified according to the number of stars. They range from 1* to 5* depending on the services offered to their customers. Every 5 years, the campsite chooses a grid of more than 200 criteria on which it wants to be checked. We have chosen at the end of 2022 to be classified again in 3 stars. We hesitated for a long time with the fourth star, to which we can largely claim, but not having a swimming-pool (even if this criterion is not compulsory in 4 stars), we thought that it might disappoint our vacationers. We therefore preferred to remain a very good 3 star, rather than being a 4 star campsite without a swimming-pool… On the 10/18/2022, we received the “congratulations from the jury” by fulfilling 100% of the mandatory criteria (min of 95% required) and 63% of the optional criteria (min of 20% required) for a ranking in 3 stars. Verdict: we have been present in the editions of the Guide du Routard “Our best campsites in France” since 2012 and in the Lonely planet “Exploring the Alps region”.
